EPIC was great for a new, revamped skin on our existing BigCommerce website following an acquisition and subsequent rebranding. Brandon, Liza, Moses and the entire support team were great from start to finish! Would def use again. Like with all technical asks and projects there are unforeseen obstacles and forks in the road, and what I liked most about the EPIC project manager, design and support staff was their responsiveness, problem solving, communication, and ultimately follow-through. They are reasonably priced, extremely professional, and engaged at all levels. Thanks again!

I am changing my review because Epic made an effort to show me how to work some of the details in the theme I purchased. Although my initial request was missed, creating some frustration, the company communicated a solution with me and provided the service I required. technology is great when it works, I have optimism that the theme I'm working with will provide the results needed.

Can't ask for a better and more responsive team to trust my online business to! If you have any experience with Shopify or Bigcommerce, you know the struggle to find the perfect theme to match the vision you have for your users experience and overall design/layout of your store, that is unless you have a budget for custom developers.

After years of experience building on Shopify and Bigcommerce, i can confidently state that the themes and apps from Epic not only provide what i wanted down to the smallest detail, it went way beyond with even more subtle design elements that dropped my jaw. You will get more than what you pay for and the support is instant via email. The solutions provided to support tickets are valid and work first try within about 2 minutes of my ticket being created.

The company is based in Oregon, not Asia.
The themes are supported by Bigcommerce and Shopify.
Support is the best in the business.
Help Documentation is on point and straight forward.
Apps and themes are well thought out solutions that don't leave you wanting more or feeling like you are settling.
