Why

Epic design

We create designs that sell.

Our clients’ websites reflect our philosophy of balance. We believe a site can – and should – look great and help you make more money online.

Using conversion best practices, we’ve built over 150 websites over the last 12 years, and regularly manage over 70 sites each month.

In additon, we’ve developed 15+ custom website apps to help website owners with design, customer loyalty, delivery scheduling and more. Because we feel there’s always more we can do to help.

"Can't ask for a better and more responsive team to trust my online business to! Been working with Brandon and crew for MANY years now, and they just cant' be beat - I love our website and it's an extremely important part of our business."

– Jonathon B, Expressions in Bloom

Design questions

How much does a new website cost?

When creating a quote for your website project, we take into account design, functionality and content.

[CONTACT US] and tell us what you’re looking for. We’re happy to give you an estimate over the phone or via email to get started.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Typically, a new website takes 4-6 weeks, from the launch of the project to publishing live and training.

This can vary depending on the size and scope of the project. If you have a timeline in mind, let us know and we’ll put our team on the job of making it happen as best we can.

WILL MY NEW SITE BE MOBILE FRIENDLY?

Yep.

All our website designs are made to be responsive on devices of all sizes, from smartphones to large desktop monitors.

We know that mobile purchases account for nearly half of all ecommerce sales, so we’ll make sure your site looks great on any device.

CAN I MAKE UPDATES TO MY NEW WEBSITE MYSELF?

Yes, and we follow up every website launch with a personal training so that you’re comfortable navigating the back-end of your website.

If you’d rather have our Epic team make updates to your site, head over to our [STAR CARE] page for our customer support packages.

CAN EPIC REDESIGN MY EXISTING WEBSITE?

Depending on the platform you’re currently using, yes.

If you already use BigCommerce or WordPress for your existing website, we can transfer over much of the content with a fresh design and updated functionality.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A "CUSTOM" WEBSITE?

Our Epic team has custom-created several themes, or templates, that we use when building new websites. These themes follow conversion rate optimization best practices, they’re responsive, and -we think- they look great!

If you have a specific idea in mind, however, we can make it happen with a custom-designed site just for you. We’ll show you the options, and you can choose the best route for you.
