I got an order and there was no delivery date, message card, etc..
99.99% of the time it’s because when you added a new product, you never set the ‘Option Set’ for that product. If you need help with this PLEASE ask. 🙂
Can I change the delivery price for just a day or two?
No, the software doesn’t allow it. BUT we can change the global delivery price for you at any time and then set it back after the holiday. Just put in a support ticket and let us know when and how much. |
